Use the flat end of a spudger to carefully pry the SIM board up from the rear case of the iPad.

This make require a significant amount of force. Work slowly and take care not to damage the SIM board.

If necessary, reheat your iOpener and apply it again to further soften the adhesive.

Remove the SIM board.
