The tool holder is still connected to the ribbon cable. Don't stress the ribbon cable as you lift the tool holder.

Note the position of the tool holder on the bottom track to make sure you replace it correctly during reassembly.

Lift the tool holder off the bottom track until you can access the screws on the bottom of the tool holder.

During reassembly, make sure the tool holder rolls smoothly on the tracks before proceeding.
