Use a spudger to gently scrape up and remove the 5G mmWave antenna thermal pad, being careful not to damage it.

Set the thermal pad aside for reassembly.

During reassembly, transfer the old thermal pad to your new 5G mmWave antenna. Use the flat end of a spudger to help push it into place. If the thermal pad is damaged, you'll need to replace it with a new one.
