Place the new wheel onto the axle.

Add any washers, if applicable.

Screw the nut back onto the axle using the wrench, tightening it until the wheel feels secure.

Make sure wheel spins smoothly and doesn't wobble or rub against the frame or boot.

Repeat for all other wheels.
