Turn on the hairdryer and put it in its hot setting.

Start heating the sticker from a few inches away. Try to heat the sticker from the center outward.

This will soften the adhesive under the sticker and make the following steps much easier.

Using Goo Gone might allow you to skip this step, but for stubborn stickers, the hair dryer + Goo Gone will be most effective.
