Insert or replace the keyboard, hinge cover, and battery on the computer respectively.

After turning on your computer, it should detect the amount of RAM installed, if RAM is installed correctly.

If you're willing to replace or install the memory module/chip in the DIMM B connector, only insert or replace the keyboard and hinge cover.
