Note the air direction on the fan. The arrow should be pointing up.

The wires need to be on the top of the fan and not go through the case on the side.

Insert the fan all the way into the fan holder

Only press on the four corners of the fan. Do not push in the of the fan.

The fan should fit tightly in the fan holder. If the fan moves when shaken, Try a different fan and fan holder combination.
