Once you log in, click on your web browser and visit the Acer driver download page: https://www.acer.com/us-en/support/drive...

The website will ask for your laptop SNID number, located on the bottom of your Acer laptop below the lower bar code.

Once you have entered the SNID, you will be prompted to download the BIOS firmware.
