Introdução
In this guide, you'll disconnect all components in order to replace a faulty or damaged motherboard in your LG G Watch R. Motherboard failure will typically stop your watch from working or even turning on. However, the motherboard is usually the most expensive part of the device to replace—so check the troubleshooting page to rule out other factors before replacing the motherboard. Since your data is stored on a chip on the motherboard, be aware that replacing the board will cause you to lose any saved data.

I think I have damaged one of the screw heads while trying to unscrew the back of the watch.
I used the Torx T4… but the screw was covered in quite a bit of rust. Now the Torx T4 can’t get a grip.
What should I do? (Can anything be done?)

Yea take a tiny file or a tiny Dremel attachment and carve a flat head groove in the head just enough so where you can use a flat head to get it
