Kurio Motion Battery Replacement

Is your tablet not turning on or has a shorter battery life? Then it is time to replace the battery and this guide will help you in doing so. This guide does require soldering so please refer to this guide.

    • Use the Phillips #0 Screwdriver to remove four 5mm screws from sides of the device.

    • Use the Ifixit opening tool to pry open the device to remove the back of the Kurio Motion.

    • It is held together with tabs so don't try to pry too hard or it may break.

    • Remove the tape covering the tape from the edges of the battery.

    • To disconnect the battery from the motherboard, you will have to desolder the connections.
