Kodak S100 EF Flash Replacement

To start, the Front Cover Teardown guide must be used. Later, soldering guides will be used.

  1. Kodak S100 EF Flash Replacement, Front Cover: passo 1, imagem 1 %32

    • Have the camera facing upwards and the flash closest to you.

    • Unscrew the two 6.2 mm Phillips screws on the top half of the camera.

    • Flip the camera over to the other side-with flash farthest from you.

    • Unscrew top two 6.2mm Phillips screws on this side.

    • Turn the camera so the bottom is facing up with the front-facing away.

    • Unscrew the 6.2mm Phillips screw on the top right.

    • The front cover is now unscrewed and should be lifted evenly and removed.

    • Once the front cover is off, desolder the connections at both ends of the flash.

    • If unfamiliar with soldering, refer to the guide Como soldar e dessoldar contatos
