    • To take off your Apple Pencil's current tip, squeeze it between two fingers and turn it counterclockwise to unscrew it. It should come off within seconds.

    • Once it's off, place your new Pencil tip on the metal prong and screw it clockwise until it's tight. Once it stops turning easily, you can let go.

Ich habe das Problem, daß der "Hals" der Kunststoffspitze im Pencil steckt. Ich bekomme ihn nicht heraus. Hat jemand eine Lösung?

Is there a guide to actually fix a broken tip for the 2nd gen?

We have staff who've had the tip break and the base of it remains lodged in the tip receptacle.
