Xiaomi Yi, or Yi Action Camera, was released on March 2, 2015 by Xiaomi Technology Co., Ltd. This camera is specialized for outdoor enthusiasts and travelers interested in shooting high quality images. It is recognized for its image processor, Ambarella A7LS, which allows the user to wirelessly connect to the Mobile App available for smartphones.
It features Wi-Fi 802.11 b,g, n compatible, with a 1920 x 1080 resolution and a CMOS sensor. It is equipped with autofocus shooting, a rechargeable, removable battery and a microSD memory card. The camera is available in green or white color, and it has a light weight of 2.54 ounces.
