Background
The Portege Z830-S8302 is a laptop manufactured by Toshiba and was released in November of 2012. This Ultrabook features an Intel Core i7 processor and runs on Windows 7 Professional 32-bit or 64-bit operating system. Its 12.44” x 8.94” x 0.33”/0.63 (W x D x H) body gives it a 13.3” diagonal widescreen TFT display at 1366 x 768 native resolution (HD). It contains a 128GB solid state drive and 6GB of RAM. Its frame is magnesium alloy, which makes this device extremely lightweight, weighing in at only 2.48lbs.
The Portege Z830 has multiple ports on either side of the device, including Ethernet, HDMI, USB 2.0/3.0, and VGA. It also includes Bluetooth, 802.1n Wi-Fi networking and Intel’s wireless display WiDi 2.1 for displaying Portege’s screen to compatible HDTVs. Although this device is portable and lightweight it causes the feel of this laptop to be flimsy and flexible especially its screen.

The model/serial number can be found underneath the keyboard and is usually close to a vent fan.
