Background
The HP Split x2 is a 13" laptop tablet hybrid released in August of 2013. The machine's main selling point is the ability to easily switch from a laptop form to a tablet form. This switch is performed with a flip of a locking switch and a slight tug on the tablet. The machine comes with Windows 8 right out of the box.
