Background Identification
Released in 2011, it is identified with the wording of Pavilion g6 on the top right corner of the 15.6” HD BrightView display screen. The model number for this specific devise is g6-2228tx. It is designed to be relatively bigger than the average laptop but equally stylish. The bigger design allows the balance of work and play with this laptop.
It is an affordable and reliable laptop, but has been reviewed to have a short battery life. There also has been a recall for AC power cords for all HP devices released from September 2010 through June 2012 and a battery recall for all HP Pavilion notebooks sold from March 2013 through October 2016.
