Dell Chromebook 11 3189 Repair

The Dell Chromebook 11 3189 is the first model of the Dell Chromebook line of laptop computers introduced in January 2014. Today, Dell primarily targets its Chromebook line to be for educational purposes. Schools with Chromebook sets can get their students to edit documents in Google Drive for relatively low costs.

The Dell Chromebook 11 3189 includes either an Intel Celeron N3060 processor or an Intel Pentium N3710 processor. It runs on the Google Chrome operating system and is sold with an Intel HD graphics card. The 3189 model is available with either 2 GB or 4 GB of internal memory with a 16 GB, 32 GB, or 64 GB hard drive. This Chromebook is a two-in-one laptop, meaning it is designed to view and write from any angle or mode, including flat, tent, laptop, or tablet. The laptop is advertised to last at least 10 hours on a full charge. The 3189 features a sealed, spill-resistant keyboard, rubberized edges, and drop-protection.

Dell Chromebooks are thin, black laptops. Most models have the word “Chromebook” and the Dell logo printed on the back of the device. The word “Dell” is also printed on the front center of the laptop, just below the screen. The 3189 model includes a combination headphone/microphone jack, an SD card reader, two USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports, and a full-size HDMI port.
