If the cord has pulled away from the Yoto Mini itself, it may be the USB-C port or its solder joints rather than just the cable.
I’d open it up and check whether the port has come loose from the board. If the port is damaged, it can be replaced, but it requires soldering. A photo of where the cord broke away would help identify exactly what needs replacing.
