Why does my wire not feed?
Wire does not feed. Wheel driver does spin.

You should hear the wire feed motor turn on when you press the welding gun trigger. If not, check for blown fuse or tripped circuit breaker on the welder. Usually if your roller does not spin it indicates the drive roller pressure is set too high, spool hub tension too tight, or malfunctioning wire feed motor. So you can lower the drive roller pressure, loosen the spool hub tension or lastly, replace wire feed motor.
