2019 Jeep Cherokee accelerator issues
Changed accelerator pedal , ECM and all wiring has been checked but no throttle

Year, engine size, maintenance history? EFI systems are mostly electronics with wiring everywhere so replacing parts may overlook wiring damage from wear and tear, chafing, modifications, etc. Did you perform continuity tests on each suspect wire to eliminate one damaged wire that can stop signals between accelerator and ecm? Ecm to throttle connections. Wiring diagrams may be available if you're familiar with wiring, testing, understand basic EFI systems, etc. As you may or may not know, both pedal and throttle have dual(?) feedback sensors so the ecm can monitor and control throttle. Dual feedback is for safety against a runaway engine controlled by electronics. We're driving on throttle by wire systems; all electronics, no steel cables between pedal and throttle plate. Electronic pedal and servo motor controlling throttle plate opening/closing. The ecm does all the work.
