While we don't have much information on the SMC Panic Assert errors for the 16 Pro Max yet, the code you got, 4194304 (or 0x400000 in hexadecimal) indicates a failure in communication with the wireless charging coil assembly on other models such as the iPhone 15.

If I'm reading it correctly, you've already changed the charging coil, but the problem persists, is that right?

If so, you're probably looking at an issue with the motherboard; it could be the connector on the circuit board that the charging coil flex plugs into. Unplug it and check it carefully with a magnifying glass looking for bent or broken pins. If that checks out, examine the components mounted on the circuit board around the connector; occasionally one will get knocked off in the process of plugging or unplugging the flex cable.

If you still can't find the issue, it could be a result of damage to the interposer; the connector around the edge of the circuit board that contains electrical paths between the top and bottom boards. If the phone was dropped or bent, those connectors can break loose resulting in the loss of signals which could explain the problem.

Give us some background on when the issue started and why you replaced the charging coil (if that's what you did). If you didn't, that would be your next step, of course. Was the phone dropped or exposed to liquids? Did some other kind of damage occur? The more you can tell us, the better chance we have of helping you figure out the problem and fix it.
