Device not recognized after screen/ battery replacement

After replacing both the screen and battery on my iPhone 13 with iFixit parts my phone now says device not recognized for both screen and battery. The msgs are grayed out so nothing can be done. Non Apple repair shop says there’s nothing to be done and all aftermarket parts (non OEM) display this msg?
