Well I will suggest you to go for a good PC optimizer software or tool which can help you in fixing the PC performance and slow speed and also remove the unwanted file/folder to increase the space in you PC.

I’d first check Task Manager to see if something is hogging the CPU or RAM. Also, try freeing up some storage and updating Windows/drivers. If it’s still crashing, I’d check the RAM and SSD/HDD for issues.
