Battery Kit vs battery alone

Two questions, replacing battery (it cooked and swole up). I DON'T need the tools, I have plenty.

-Does the battery alone come with the appropriate adhesive to resecure the phone, including the screen to the chassis?

-I am not finding the answer to which model of Pixel I have in the phone settings, what am I doing wrong?
