Force Touch Sensor Adhesive Gasket

When replacing the Force Touch Sensor Adhesive Gasket, is it necessary to also replace the tesa adhesive replacement gasket to the touch screen as well? Or is the force touch sensor adhesive gasket is all that is needed to secure the screen to the body of the watch.
