After dropping my controller one too many times, all buttons besides the joysticks have stopped working. How can I fix this? I’ve already tried resetting my console and the controller.

Hi!
Please check if the button circuit membrane is still connected OK. If this is the case, you might want to replace it. But I think it’s not making (good) contact with the motherboard.

There was two pieces of plastic from the housing stuck between the membranes and pads, thanks for your help!
