Keys J K L Ç ~ and Return (Brazilian ABNT2 layout) randomly stops working. Sometimes, pressing them really hard will input the key, sometimes only lightly pressing them, most of the times they simply do not respond at all. Anyone going through similar issues?

Well I will suggest you to update your keyboard driver to it latest version some time outdated driver can also cause this type of issue and also check with the external keyboard and see if the issue remain the same. Do these and let me know it work for you or not.

this is not a driver issue. that's impossible.
