Yikes, yes, if your battery is bloated then you need to replace it ASAP. Sorry to say, iFixit is a little light on Xiaomi guides, but over at the Spanish site Nadie Me Llama Gallina they have just what you need.

Their guides are, as you might guess, written in Spanish but they do have an English language option.
