Why it won't turn on
So my pc, suddenly doesn't turn on, idk why i think something is wrong with it but before that, I heard a noice like something pop when i plug it please help

User a DMM (digital multimeter) to check if all the PSU voltages are OK.
Here's a video that shows how to test what voltages are on what wires from the PSU
Here's the service manual. Go to p.103 to see how to remove the PSU from the case.
If the PSU tests OK, the problem is on the motherboard. You would need to find the schematics for the board to find out what's wrong (I couldn't find any online, free or to buy). Considering you heard a pop, perhaps check for any obvious visible damage to the board components

What colour is the power light (if it is on) when you go to turn on the PC and if it is on is the light steady or blinking?

@jayeff the power light doesn't turn on too, I think its the power supply
