My camera doesnt seem to work

i have hp pavillion x360 13-u107nx, i have tried everything i can find online to try and fix this, but nothing seems to be able to fix it no matter what i try, some suggest add legacy hardware, i tried that, i got a samsung camera option, and when i clicked it i got a msg saying tha ti alr have it installed, and it dint work, i tried other things aswell but nothing seemed to work, i was wondering if this is a hardware or a software issue,
