Radio isn't receiving power

The radio shows no signs of power not even static through the speakers

I tried replacing the radio with an aftermarket car play meant for my model but still not showing any power being pushed to the radio ive already checked if it was a fuse issue but all fuses are still good so i believe its a wiring issue but im also hoping im wrong and its something much more simple
