All it makes is a humming sound
It just started when I go to cut it on,you know when it starts it starts spinning and making its humming sound well that's all it does is hum. No tueninf

The motor is running - that is the hum. It isn't turning the drum - that is because the belt is broken. Replace the belt.

Sounds like the start up capacitor needs replaced. Turn the power off and try turning the drum by hand to make sure nothing is jamming or something has seized like a bearing.
