Joystick replacements for stick drift

My Rog Ally has stick drift, and I noticed there is a tutorial for how to replace them on the Rog Ally X but not on the Rog Ally Z1 Extreme 2023 edition. Is there any way to buy replacements, and if so, how do I replace them?
