How can this be removed
- I bought ipad 3 second hand it got locked and forgot password so no I asks for activation lock but I don't know the password of first id

It might be a good idea to ask the person you bought it from about this issue. If you cannot contact the person you bought it from, you can try resetting the iPad to factory default settings. This article may be helpful: https://support.apple.com/en-us/108931
