3ds xl hinge problem (stuck)

I don’t know how, but I think the hinge is wrongly lined up with the shell, so now it’s stuck. I’ve watched a bunch of tutorials and I can’t remove it no matter how hard I try to push the hinge from the back side. Any idea on how to get it out?
