The board turns on but no display
My laptop board turns on with the fans but it doesnt show anything on the screen

Please verify the make and model number of your"laptop" as you have selected a desktop motherboard as the device?
If it is a laptop, can you get a display showing if you connect and external monitor to the laptop?
