Left Bumper doesn’t work

I just got my controller and the Left Bumper isn’t working. It doesn’t click down like the right one. Is there a fix

There is a bracket that clicks the button on the motherboard, it could have possibly broken during shipping. If you just recently purchased the controller then I suggest exchanging for a new controller.
