Why is my engine cackling

@daltonlewis cackling how? we really need to get more information about what your Honda is actually doing and what you have tried. Be as descriptive as possible. Let us know the year, the model, the engine size, what kind of transmission and what it does/doesn't do. The more information you can provide the greater the chances of getting a good answer.
