I need to access my Cirulation pump on my Frigidaire Professional 24" dishwasher, but can't figure out how to remove the plastic cover panel from the underside of the unit. I've removed the rear leg adjustment rod, 2 screws, and released the three clips on the front side of the unit. Please help.

Sounds like you have done all you can with fasteners. That panel may have pop out fasteners as in autos. Try using a pry tool under a corner or side to see if you can lift it enough to get a view. It may then just pop off.
