Powers On - No Display

Hello , i have an surfacepro 4 that doesn't show nothing on screen or an external device.

The CPU is getting hotter after i pus the start button , and if i attach the keyboard on it , the light from the keyboard starts. But nothing on display or even on external monitor.

In red zone that i marked i have short to ground. Can be some part burned , or the CPU ?
