Replacing flat front tire.

Hello there,

asking for any advice with replacing flat tires. I have an Kuugo Kirin M3 electric scooter that needs new inner tube in the front. Problem is the tire is one hell of a chore to take off.

are these bolts in the picture holding the tire in place that I need to take off? I tried to remove them see what happens but they won't budge, they are so stuck they just strip before moving a single bit, tried to loosen them up a bit with WD40 but no luck

Good suggestion but those bolts won’t let you remove the axle toremove the tire and inner tube. Maybe the bolt near the axle in your photo

Oh i can get the wheel off, the problem I have is I cannot seem to get the tire out. It's just too tight a space to maneuver, and when I manage to get a solid grip under the tire it's so stiff I'm not even getting close to moving it out the wheel.

Hi, if I understood correctly.the first thing to do is unscrew the bolt that holds the wheel, that is, remove the axle. Then you need to fix the wheel somehow. And use his hex key to unscrew the screws, if this does not work out, then you need to heat the screws themselves with a burner, warm up the bolts, since the metal expands when heated and it will be easier to get them out. But you need to do this very carefully so as not to burn the tire...
