After installing several games and the final one was installing, the computer crashed and after a continuous vague of 10 failed starts(In the process while the computer was starting i will unplug it and plug it back)which was my mistake it showed a disk read error occured.

Why not just download the Lenovo diagnostics and run from a USB drive.
Lenovo creation of USB Diagnostics Flash drive
That should allow you to test the hard/SSD drive.
I can't remember for sure but the Lenovo Diagnostics may be on a hidden partitiion on the hard drive so if the drive is corrupted, as yours probably is, the diagnostic would not run properly from the FN F2 or F12 screens.

@brido seems your internal hdd is having issues.
try this
run Lenovo hardware diagnostics:
Completely shut down the machine.
Press the power button to turn on the machine and continually press F12 multiple times until the boot menu appears (2-3 presses of F12 per second is a good pace).
Press TAB to change menus and select Lenovo diagnostics
From the diagnostics window you can select individual tests to run, or run the full suite of tests. Please note the full diagnostics can take a few hours to complete as it goes through in-depth testing.
Within Lenovo diagnostics, the mouse may not work and you will need to use the arrow keys, tab, enter/escape, or other keys indicated at the bottom on the screen.

@salmonjapan when i press F12 it enters only In the boot option menu and when i press tab nothing happens

@brido As Augustine suggests but for the BIOS hold down the FN key and tap the F2 key. Viola BIOS screen. Did that work?

@aactech yes that works to enter bios but i was talking about the diagnostict window
