@fahmedshim30834 start off by connection an external monitor. That way you will know if it is your display or issues with your GPU on your motherboard. This particular series had issues with the IC's and it may just be a motherboard issue. You would need a new IC (Pretty much impossible to find) and then reball it. So, hopefully in your computers case, it's just a bad display.
Use this HP Pavilion Dv4 Maintenance And Service Guide and on page 80 it shows how to replace the display.
