Trouble powering on my pc
Whenever I shut my HP elite book it have trouble powering on something it has never experienced

Did you check the power brick and battery are both working correctly? What does Windows tell you on the health of the battery? You might want to get a 3rd party tool to help you here.

@wycliffakumu what is the exact model number for your EliteBook and what have you checked? Any other issues with this or did all of this just start all of a sudden?
