broken pendrive parts stuck in USB ports?

On which side of the laptop is the USB port blocked with the broken pen drive, left side or right side?

Here's the maintenance and service guide for the laptop series that may help.

Go to p.43→ to view the procedure to remove/replace the USB board and the systemboard. This will allow you access to the USB port connectors from the rear of the connector to see if you can gently prise/push out the broken pieces.

If you can't prise them out without suspecting that you will cause too much damage to the port pins, then if the blocked port is on the left side then you can replace the USB port board. Search online for 857794-001 to find suppliers that suit you best.

If the blocked USB port is on the right side, then the systemboard will have to be removed from the laptop and the USB port connector unsoldered from the board and replaced with a new compatible USB-C type connector. I mention compatible because even though the pin connections, spacing, thickness etc in the connectors are all the same, what differs is where the mounting lugs on the USB connector case are positioned to line up with the solder pads for the lugs on the systemboard, as they're not all in the same position. Also you will need smd soldering skills and tools to do the replacement.

As always when working inside a laptop or any electronic device, disconnect/unplug the battery from the board as soon as it can be accessed after removing the cover and before commencing any other work, so as to minimize any possible electrical problems that may occur.
