Both controllers stopped working at the same time. Changed batteries, tried the sync button remedy - no good. I find it strange that you have to remove the batteries on the controller to get to the sync button. How can any lights come on with no power to the controller? I've scrutinised the controller and there's no way to reach the sync button without removing battery power. Scratching my head now

Hi Kim!
Usually you only need to remove the battery door to access the sync button (for the ones without Motion Plus).
Does the controller do have any power at the moment, or not?
If possible, please share some photos with us, so we can check as well!

Kinda odd that you have to remove the batteries? Are you using one of the remote backs that have batteries attached?
