Why the orange light is blinking on CPU?

Try reseating (remove/reinsert) the memory modules in the computer and check if that resolves the problem.

Here's the ower manual for the PC. Go to p.112.

If it is still no good, try inserting 1 memory module only into the DIMM1 slot and then try again. You may have to check all the memory modules this way one at a time as one module may be faulty.

IMPORTANT: Ensure that the power is disconnected from the PC before reseating the memory modules. Only reconnect it again when you're ready to start checking if it works. If you have to check each memory module individually, one at a time, disconnect the power every time, before touching the memory modules.
