@oldturkey03 this is LG65UN7200, this one has exactly the issue "Won’t turn on and back light flashing" as roger phillips' one. I changed Power supply board by a new board but it is still being the symptom, still not turn on and back light flashes. One more thing, when I unplug the power cable of the back light led -> the stand-by light goes ON, but when plugs it in, the stand-by light not ON

@tom99704 this "when I unplug the power cable of the back light led -> the stand-by light goes ON, but when plugs it in, the stand-by light not ON" would lead me to the backlights. If you have a multimetre, check the voltages on the backlight connector. Measure that with and without them being connected.
It appears as if there is a failed backlight strip, which could cause behaviors like the one you described. Replacing the strips is a bit of a PITA with a panel size as big as your TV but it's definitely doable. Check something like this guide LG 55UH6150 backlight LED replacement on how to do it. Different model same idea.
