Sudharshan, can you give us a little more information? Is this a new problem, or has it never worked? Has anything changed on the phone recently, such as any kind of damage like being dropped or exposed to liquid, or a new software update happened that cause the issue?
Without knowing more about what's going on with your phone, we would just be guessing at the possible causes, so the more you can tell us, the better answers we can give.
