How do I reprogram the laptop when the BIOS is protected by a forgotte
The computer in question is the Toshiba Satellite M40-331. I need help please!

@jmcenterta36808 you will need a BIOS dump from a system (identical to yours) that has a clear password. You will then need to find your BIOS chip and get an EEPROM programmer. Then flash the clean dump file to your IC. Or you can try and find a reprogrammed clean BIOS chip. None of that is easy since you are dealing with Toshiba. That company is toxic and malignant toward self repair and DIY'er. Something very similar then on here as well as on here
